  7. DDTs is a distributed, project-based bug tracking system designed for use by
  8. hardware and software engineers, quality assurance staff, field and customer
  9. support organizations.  DDTs allows users to submit bus from any system on the
  10. network, anywhere in the world as long as there is an electronic link between
  11. systems.  DDTs improves the quality of products by encouraging users to submit
  12. bugs.  Any time a change is made to the status of a bug report, both the
  13. submitter, the assigned engineer and others are automatically notified by
  14. E-mail of the change.  A change may be a resolution, a work around or a date
  15. when the bug will be repaired.  DDTs is integrated with other CASE ad
  16. Configuration Management tools such as SCCS, RCS, CVS, Aide-de-Camp and
  17. ClearCase.  It complies with IEEE, ISO 9000 and DOD-2167 standards, is easily
  18. configurable and highly flexible.
